All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. A rental is only confirmed once we have accepted your enquiry and received the required reservation fee.
A refundable reservation fee is required to secure every rental. The amount depends on the value of the equipment. It is refunded after the gear is returned in acceptable condition.
The renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Significant damage or loss may result in charges against the reservation fee or additional costs. Basic insurance is included; full details are provided with your quote.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We will always discuss this with you.
Equipment must be used in a safe and lawful manner. You are responsible for complying with any local regulations (especially when operating drones).
Gear must be returned by the agreed date and time, in the same condition it was received (normal wear excepted). Late returns may incur additional charges.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the rented equipment.
